AMP credited me the full loss (except commissions, interestingly enough). I guess my situation was pretty straight-forward to calculate, having not traded at all while TT was reporting false positions. I have to give them credit for this. I'm under the impression that AMP had zero obligation to eat a single penny of TT's fuckup, but they did. Hopefully those with messier situations can get it resolved satisfactorily too. |
