What has happened is that Amp have set it up using my old Amp AC######. This has caused numerous issues. You then need to Login to Sierra Chart using your original account: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Login with a Different Sierra Chart Account Name And then activate the services that you need: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation Make sure you are logged into this website with your original Sierra Chart account. Wait until March Before activating any exchanges. 3. I have 'Translated Symbols' but keep getting errors.
Almost certainly the errors relate to market data which will be resolved once you have the necessary CME exchange active.
