Now I'm getting emails with this in them... "The usage time on your Sierra Chart account, A#######, will expire on 2021-02-28. To avoid an interruption, activate a Service Package for automatic renewal here:" I am supposed to have the following: Sierra Level 5 (PAID THROUGH MY AMP ACCOUNT) Denali Feed (Paid directly to Sierra) CME Non-Professional Exchange (Paid directly to Sierra) I thought this was all taken care of as indicated in the first response on this support thread. I put enough funds in the there to renew on March 1st. Can someone please get this straightened out?? Thanks |
