Switching to CQG would not incur any additional charges on the Sierra Chart side. There may be some differences in the commissions that are charged, but you would need to check that with AMP. Are you getting delayed data for the US 10 Year Treasury Note Futures (ZN)? and not for other CME Products? Also, we see no reason for the system to switch you to simulation mode when trying to place a trade. But let us know about the data first and then we will work through any further issues.
