User236347 Just my 2 cents..... Sierra Chart is not the one to beat up here. Anyone with a platform that was using TTFix order routing solution is in the same situation. Sierra can't give you answers because it is not their deal. AMP/TT are the ones, ultimately, that will answer and/or fix the issues with your account. I know this situation sucks (I am in it as well), but patience is the key. And yes, whether TT wants you to forget about it or not....it's up to you to not forget about it. |
