We have moved all EUREX customers from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to our new EUREX EOBI data feed that is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Due to this, you need to update to the latest release. You can do this following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Then please fill out the Exchange Agreements found here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_EUREX After that you should be fine. This is definitely not a Professional/Non-Professional issue, as the EUREX does not have the same restrictions as the CME Group.
