Post From: Constant volume bar charts not in sync and quoteboard data inaccurate

Hey SC Support, I hope the new year has been off to a great start for you guys!

I've been having a couple of issues recently. The first is that I cannot get my constant volume charts ("volume per bar") to sync up. I was using a 10000 CVB chart as well as a footprint chart using the same exact periodicity. The charts are for the ES and I'm using the Denali data feed. Most of the time though the "CountDown Timer" study shows that they are off by several hundred contracts. Yesterday when it was happening, the bars seemed to be opening at the same time so I figured the issue may be with the "CountDown Timer" study, however that is working fine since I switched to a tick based chart (no issues with time based charts either). The two charts are in sync when I use tick charts. Today, the bars themselves were different and were opening at different times when using volume-based bars (that's the chart type I prefer but tick charts have been fine in the meantime). I have ensured that the "session times" settings are the same, including making sure that it is set to form a new bar at session start. I also tried deleting and downloading the data but that didn't fix the issue either. I am using the same continuous futures contract rollover settings for both charts. The issue has also persisted after shutting down Sierra Chart.

The other issue is with the quoteboard where the values are just not accurate. For instance, it has shown me that the daily change in the ES is 0.40, 1.15, 1.90, 2.15, 2.40, 2.65, etc. which isn't possible given the tick increments of the instrument. I haven't made any changes to the setting of the QuoteBoard or the symbols I have listed on it. I noticed this starting to happen a few hours ago today. I can provide a screen shot if you need it.

Thank you!
