Ok definitely we recommend not using at all the Interactive Brokers data feed and instead switch to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for US equities data: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed This is definitely recommended. As long as there are no market data requests going to Interactive Brokers you should avoid the problem. And no we are not going to help with whatever the problem is with market data requests to IB because the problem is on the Interactive Brokers side. That is clear from the log. We are not going to get involved in this at all. We will only help with our own data feeds. You can still trade using Interactive Brokers and using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the same time. If you need any help setting up the data feed, let us know.
