What is requested in this thread will be available in the next release (v2227) in the Large Volume Trade Indicator. The ability to display the delta at each level or for the entire bar has been added. Additionally, when using the option for Automatic Indicator Size, each side - Ask or Bid will have their indicator size adjusted relative to the settings for the study.
