That line is the fill. It is not the originating order. We need to see these lines for the originating order. Refer to: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Determining the Origin of a New/Modified Order Regarding this: maybe there's a way to access trade service log for that date that could help? it was showing "trade order error - trade account settings not found" before this sequence but i don't see a timestamp for it
