Your Trade Window is showing Unset since you do not have a selected Trading Service in Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service. In order to tell you what to do, we need to know if you are using Rithmic or the Sierra Chart Order Routing. We see you are setup with the Sierra Chart Order Routing, but you are referencing Rithmic in your questions. Once we know which service you are using, we can point you to the proper setup instructions.
