First, with regards to getting the IB data, you are correct - all you need to do is to set the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No, then disconnect and reconnect to the data feed, and as long as you are setup to receive data from Interactive Brokers you should be getting their data. As to the issue with the Numbers Bars, we would need to see an image of what you are seeing to understand better.
