It means that there was an error on that chart for some reason that was not handled gracefully by the software. Are you running any 3rd party studies on that particular chart (#10, it's a Point and Figure chart for ESH21-CME)? If so, then remove those and see if you continue to get the error. If you do continue to get the error (or you do not have any 3rd party studies on it), then attach your chartbook to this thread so we can take a look and see if we can reproduce it.
