Oh no! Why? They are still relevant and have the longest historical data going back to 2011! And still you kept Bitfinex with its questionable shady history and long period of prices inconsistent with bigger market. I've been your loyal paying customer for years but my disappointment is only growing: seemingly abandoned plan to port to Linux, periodic problems with data fetch from Poloniex (and when it's back online - weeks long gaps in data that nobody cares to fill in), long time without integration with other crypto exchanges (and when it finally comes in face of Binance - no historical data), problems working on Wine on Mac. Great performant product with, I feel, amazing engineering team behind it getting ruined by no proper product management. I understand you may be clinging to your existent conservative clients who don't need new fancy blows and whistles, but this is a path to oblivion. The only thing keeping me from switching to TradingView is your data with fine resolution that is going far back. Many other crypto traders sticking to TV because of their quick integrations with every smallest exchange out there. Now with Bitstamp deprecation it's yet another nail to the coffin of your relevancy. This is excruciatingly sad. |
