My data feed (delayed, level 5 subscription) works fine from home. When I move my laptop to the office network, it does not load data. Error log follows. Generally, I'd like to know if the issue is due to 1) my laptop changing its assigned IP (is sierra locked by IP?), or 2) there are some closed ports in the network gateway that Sierra needs? We have linux machine for a gateway and I can administer it if given instructions.
