1. The only data that is delayed but constantly updated is the data from the CME Group. The other data (including U.S. Stocks) is delayed an only updates at certain intervals. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service 2. Yes, you can use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities exchange in order to get Real-Time data. It does not matter that you are on a trial.
