I am currently using the SierraChart platform with a live, funded account through AMP Global Clearing. Yesterday, December 29 2020, I requested a change in data feed using my AMP futures account. I made the change from CQG (old) to Sierra Chart Denali Exchange Data Feed (new). Also, I requested activation of only two exchanges, CME and NYMEX. I did this via my AMP account. Everything is working okay, but... Today I noticed that I am receiving live, real time data for futures contracts that are traded on COMEX and CBOT. I asked AMP why I am receiving live data on exchanges that I did not sign up for. AMP did not know why and suggested that I contact SierraChart. Is this live data part of some "free trial"? Will the live data from exchanges that I did not select from AMP end on January 1 2021? |
