Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log from the Sub-Instance: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Try to get the Spreads Window by selecting the symbol and selecting the Get Spreads button. Tell us the symbol.
