A required setting in the Symbol Settings was mistakenly cleared but we are not sure how that happened. Anyway, it is now restored.
Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that try downloading the market depth data again. This resolved the issue. Thank you very much and happy holidays! |
