First, it sounds like you are trying to replay on historical charts. Replays do not work on historical data, only on Intraday data. Refer to the information here: Replaying Charts: Introduction If you are trying to do this with Intraday data, then there should not be an issue. Although given how a TPO Chart doesn't really have a way to define a start time, you really should use the Use Start Date-Time option on the Replay Control window.
