It just looks like you have a scaling issue. Be sure the scale is set to Automatic and then reset the scale. Refer to the information here: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.
