It sounds like your computer may not be a 64-bit computer. The latest releases of Sierra Chart are no longer sending out the 32-bit executable. Refer to the information in the Release Notes here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2177 If this is the case, then you will need to go to a release prior to 2177.
