We have verified that the ToolBar buttons for tiling vertically and horizontally do function properly and correspond to the Menu commands on the Window menu.

This is from our documentation for Tile Vertically:
This command is implemented by the operating system. When there are more than a certain number of windows within the main Sierra Chart window, the layout will no longer be vertical. The operating system uses its own algorithm to arrange the layout.

When I choose WTV in the toolbar and have multiple windows open, it does not “order” them by number or by the way I have them placed. It just places them in random order.

How can I get it to be a consistent order so I can plan for the same thing every time?
You cannot. This is an operating system command and we have no control over what the Windows operating system will do.

How can I get it to look like this and remain in this format? When I save this as a chartbook and open it again, it comes back as above
This cannot possibly be true and we have verified this just now. Certainly Sierra Chart will not change the size and position of the windows after saving, closing and reopening a Chartbook.
