It looks like you have made the change to only have 10 levels in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 >> Maximum Market Depth Levels. Since what you are showing is a Trading DOM, you would have to also go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 >> Maximum Market Depth Levels and change that to 10. It does not pick up on this from the associated Chart, as the Trading DOM is a chart of its own.
