To begin with the symbol "F.US.EP" is a CQG specific symbol. Right now you are not setup with CQG, therefore you need to open a chart using File >> Find Symbol in order to ensure that you are using the correct symbols for the service that you have selected. Refer to the information here: File Menu: Find Symbol (File) You can also change the symbols for the charts you have open by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the information here: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Once you do this, you will get the Delayed Streaming Data from us.
