The size of that chartbook is awfully small, which makes us wonder if something happened to that Chartbook. First, we want you to update to the current release, as there have been updates to resolve some issues related to problem chartbooks. Then, try opening that chartbook again, although we think it will not work. But try and see. If it will not open properly, then you will need to go to one of your backup chartbooks.
