On October 30, 2020 AMP took you off their internal billing for Sierra Chart. Therefore, your Denali Exchange Data Feed was cancelled at that time as well.

This is why you are now only getting the Delayed Streaming Data, rather than the Real-Time data.

If you want to get the Real-Time data from us, then you would need to follow the instructions starting at this step:

We are unable to answer any questions as to why AMP made changes to your account. This is something you need to discuss with them.
