What is happening is that the bars are not being drawn across the entire range of the multiplier. As you can see, they are drawn at just one price level, but they should be wide and cover 10 price levels, as we showed in the image we attached. The only thing we can think of right now, is that this may be an OpenGL issue. Are you using OpenGL? If you are not sure, go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global >> Other and see if the option for Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics is enabled or not. If it is enabled, then disable it and restart Sierra Chart and let us know if that makes a difference in what you are seeing.
