The relevant messages are the following: Error getting address info for www.bitmex.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known.
This would mean that either your computer does not know how to connect to www.bitmex.com, which would be a network issue. Or the bitmex site is not working, but we can connect to the Bitmex site just fine, so that is not the issue.
