Hi, I have data feed coming from Interactive Brokers. If I want to create a new Daily chart for any Stock symbol, data loads up very well when I click in Find Symbol> Open Historical Chart. My charts are check marked to set to allow Support Symbol Entry from Chart Window in the General Settings 2, but when I click on the chart to change stock symbol, the chart goes completely blank and nothing redraws. This is not so with futures symbols. If its futures, I can easily type in a new symbol on the chart, hit enter and the chart redraws to new symbol just fine but not so for stocks. Can you please tell me how to fix this? Thank you Mila |
