The choice of Service Package level does not have any impact on live data or not. Refer to the following for the differences between the packages:

If you need Real-Time data for the CME Group, then you can get this from us using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will find the information for this feed along with pricing on this page:

Note the need to have a trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees. There are links in the above page to more information on this topic.

When you select a service level, you are also selecting the length of time that it will renew. Right now, you have selected Monthly, so every 31 days your service will renew and funds will be taken from your account to renew the service. If you do not have enough funds in your account, then the service will not renew. You can add funds to your account on this page:

When you have purchased your Sierra Chart through us (not through a reseller or broker), then you can have Sierra Chart running on 2 computers at the same time. That is what the statement "1 out of a total of 2 system(s) is currently being used" is referencing on the Control Panel. Just be aware, that even though you can run Sierra Chart on 2 computers at the same time, you may not be able to get the data to both systems at the same time without paying additional fees.
