Ok got it, thank you but I am still having an issue logging in. I opened Sierra on my desktop, so that is one instance, then opened it on my 3rd laptop which is a second instance, and Sierra on my 3rd laptop is not connecting, still showing Interactive Brokers (not enabled on package) [trading]. I am not running Sierra anywhere else at the same time, just one instance on my desktop, so why is my 3rd laptop has Interactive Brokers (not enabled on package) [trading] showing? and how to reset it so Interactive Brokers [trading] is showing on this 3r laptop? the Sierra charts that I downloaded to my 2nd laptop is shut down, so really i am just trying to have 2 instances working but the 3rd laptop IB is not activated. Please help. thank you |
