Sierra website also states in its connection info for IB TWS which looks to be current info on how to connect to the data feed, that you can run multiple Sierra charts and are Allowed to connect to TWS from separate computer.
Yes this is supported, but the connectivity issue is something that you will need to resolve on your side.
