I looked at your website for help on the issue, and found that you said to put my user and password into Data/Trade Service Settings
Where did you see this? The username is no longer used when connecting to Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation. So wherever this is mentioned it needs to be removed but we cannot find where this is.

So you are trying to connect to Trader Workstation which is running on a different computer than where Sierra Chart is installed? Not sure we can help with that. Although in general you will want to make sure that firewalls on the computers and network are just not blocking the connection.
