I recently joined Sierra charts and working to set it up. I want to set up two Sierra charts for one TWS INTERACTIVE BROKERS DATA FEED ACCOUNT.

Sierra Charts software works well when I am on the same computer with TWS but second Sierra on my laptop, does not connect. I looked at your website for help on the issue, and found that you said to put my user and password into Data/Trade Service Settings but when I input Interactive Brokers(trading) into the Service Setting, I do not see such boxes where I can input my user and password for TWS, these box entries seem to be missing in the service settings scroll down. So I tried to put my user and password in the DTC- Sub Instance as both Username and Password boxes are available in the service specific settings there, still it does not work and second Sierra on my laptop is not connecting. Also I would like to add that I used separate Instance client IDs for each Sierra connection (different numbers) and for my laptop I used and internal IP address. As the button in TWS for allow local is unchecked. Can you please advice on what to do and how to fix so that my second Sierra Charts on my laptop is able to connect.
