On Juniper we see that there are 3 separate Sierra Chart instances running. On Main we see that there are 4 separate Sierra Chart instances running. We do not know if all of these are connected to the data feed, but you can only have 2 connections on up to 2 computers at the same time, so a total of 4 concurrent connections on 2 computers. The message you are getting is telling us that one of these additional instances is already connected to the data feed, therefore the one you are trying to connect, cannot do so. You will need to look through these instances and see what is happening.
