This is very odd, as everything looks fine when we open the chart. But looking at the image again, we notice that even the Numbers Bars Calculated Values are not showing any data. We really have no idea why this is happening, as you are getting the data feed just fine. Can you please start a new chart and just use the ES for the symbol, do not use a Trade and Current Quote symbol. And just add the Numbers Bars Calculated Values to the chart with the default subgraph on (Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference). Then take a screenshot of that chart and let's see if you are getting the Bid and Ask data properly there.
