It sounds like you are having trouble connecting to an external trading service. In this case Transact. Is this correct? We do not control those connections. All documentation we have regarding Transact connection issues is here:

This cannot be true if you are describing enabling Trade Simulation Mode in Sierra Chart. You cannot have a problem with that:
