Hello Just came home from work and I am unable to log into my sim account. Was able to log in last night after market opened with no problem. Have not done anything on my end. No computer changes. No updates of any software of any kind. Just unable to log into my sim account. Infinity AT is working fine. I am able to log into my live account. Have contacted transact support and they indicate no problems on their end and to try updating Sierra charts. I have completed that task and am running version 2177 64 bit. Can you tell me why I am unable to run Sierra charts in Sim mode? Thank You Irv Olsen |
