If you are no longer receiving the Delayed Exchange Data Feed for the CME group of symbols, then you need to complete this agreement: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreement&Agreement=UniformSubscriberAgreementDelayedData_20200501 First step is to enter all of your information here including telephone number: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo If you do not have a state, then enter "none" for that. And then sign the agreement by typing your name at the bottom box where it says "Signed" and press the Submit button. And then restart Sierra Chart. Although Sierra Chart should be automatically updated within two minutes. So this is not necessarily required but will be if you still do not receive the delayed data. Also for the record, you have been provided a notice about this continuously for months to complete the delayed exchange data feed agreement, when you start Sierra Chart and also at the top of your control panel page on the website.
