Hi, I have tried to use a custom chartbook on the latest version of sierra chart and it is not working. None of the data feeds are being populated. I then tried to click edit and "Translate Symbols To Current Service". But that still didn't work Can you please help me out. I am a student of Nirav from G7 FX as it his custom chartbook, and has told me to contact sierra chart support. As this could be an internal issue with my account. I'm just disheartened as day 1 of my free trial has now been wasted trying to debug this issue. Kind regards, JR |
