We apologize for the delay. We did not see any problem with the market depth data on the server for that symbol for EUREX. And we did reset the market depth data on the real-time server process but apparently this has not resolved it. Are you noticing this on a sub instance of Sierra Chart? Disable Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> Use Custom Symbol Settings Values.
