The only reason these would be lost is if you either did not save the Chartbook prior to closing, or if you are opening a different Chartbook. Make sure you have the correct Chartbook, but if it is the correct one and the information is not there, then you would have to recreate it manually. You can also check your backup Chartbooks to see if the changes you made might be in one of them, although it is doubtful given the above scenarios.
