Dear SC Support sure, it is your choise. we've been trying to filter a lot of subjective requests from new SC users/testers these days. but this new policy: to be too busy ... - for better trading service integration / basic account information - no eta was provided or was refused aggressively - to resolve issues and to improve charting functionality - no eta was provided or was refused aggressively ... definately is not a trader-oriented, in our opinion. this is not the request but just FYI: -we've stopped to expand our efforts to provide more SC-related public info. -we'll consider to stop all of SC-related public activity in the nearest future. with best regards. |
