Not sure what we can do to help with this. It is not something that we observe. And it most likely is an operating system level issue. Windows really is absolute garbage in this area. It is horrendous, the absolute trash that Microsoft puts out, with all of the money they have. That trade window eventually is going to be replaced with something new but not until next year.
