All Trade Windows attached to a Trade DOM or Chart flicker about once per second. If I detach the Trade Window from a Trade DOM or Chart, it stops flickering. So over the past few weeks I've resorted to detaching the trade window, but it is definitely some sort of bug which should be fixed. It's definitely distracting when attached and is a basic functionality that is not working correctly. Thank you This is the same issue this user posted under programming help mistakenly I think.
