I followed the help topic steps provided and found nothing wrong with my chart/software settings. Data feed is working. Historical charts work correctly showing the split and subsequent lower price. I can get intraday chats to work if I input a 7 day time period, but anything less than that and bars do not show up. In section 3.5, I attempted to delete data from 20AUG2020 on and redownload. Data successfully re downloaded, but the chart bars which were previously visible up until the last day before the split (28AUG) have now disappeared as well and bars are only visible up until the date/time I deleted and re downloaded (charts now stop @ 20AUG). I followed the directions to delete the entire SCID file on the Intraday Data Editor Page and redownloaded the data. Historical chart bars continue to show correct values after redownload of data. The intraday chart bars now show up for this week's trading at the correct price. However, all intraday data prior to 31AUG is incorrect, but at least displaying bars. Pre 31AUG bars now show the high for TSLA on 28AUG as 463.43. All previous days are also incorrect. Please advise. Thanks |
