This is because the Tick Size is too small. We have corrected this. Please go to the chart you are currently looking at. Do the following: Select Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. Press OK. Go to the chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button. The tick size for BTC USD should be .01. Press OK.
