Hi Sierra Chart engineers, I LOVE SIERRA CHART!! ok well as usual it took me to turn off my stubborness and actually try a few diffrent things. I was able to get the CUSTOM SYMBOLS to work and update in my second instance by ..drum roll by setting up the custom symbols in my "MAIN INSTANCE" they are all working perfectly and updating as they should. I would say to always try stuff first in the main instance before and after if they do not work in the second or third instance of sierra chart. 1. create custom symbols in main instance 2. log off and log back in on the main instance and save all 3. when you open you second insatnce the custom symbols will be there and should work. |
