Rithmic does not have the right historical data for accurate Bid Volume or Ask Volume. What you were seeing before was not accurate and should not have been relied upon. And there is no longer any support historical tick data for the current trading session they provide. This is for technical reasons and because of the Client-side API component that they provide:

We are not going to support Rithmic tick data.

You need to select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.
